Cancellation Policy

[Cancellation & No-Show Policy] 1. You may cancel or reschedule your lesson free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. 2. After this period, cancellations or changes cannot be made through the system. 3. Late cancellations (within 12 hours of the lesson) or no-shows will be charged the full lesson fee and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. 4. If a student does not join the class within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson will be considered a no-show and the class will be canceled. Please notify us in advance if you expect to be late.
