Service Description
[Only students aged 12 and above can apply.] All students begin with a short level check session. This session helps us understand your current Korean level, explain how our classes work, and recommend the most suitable option for you — group or private lessons. During the session, we will: 1. Assess your current Korean level 2. Explain lesson structure and what to expect from future classes 3. Discuss your goals, learning style, and preferred pace This is a one-time level check and orientation session. It is not a regular lesson and does not follow the full class curriculum. The goal of this session is to ensure clear direction and a good match before you continue with regular classes.
Cancellation Policy
[Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy] 1. Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. 2. Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. 3. If a student does not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson will be considered a no-show. 4. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
